We are unable to confirm a specific room number or floor.
How to get here
Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you plan on arriving after 6 p.m., please let us know by calling +41 (0)81-851-55-00. If we do not hear from you, the room will be released for other bookings from 7 p.m. onward.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. No refund will be issued for unused services and for early departure. A full cancellation without any charge is possible up to 5 days before arrival. We charge 80% of the total price for cancellations less than 5 days before arrival.

Vacation with a dog
Your four-legged friends are welcome subject to prior notice. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, sunbathing area, and natural spa. We allow one dog per hotel room and charge a fee of CHF 25.00 per dog/day without food. We also ask that you keep your dog on a leash throughout the entire hotel property to prevent fights with other dogs and to avoid disturbing other hotel guests. Please also bring a dog blanket for your furry friend.
Half board
Our Baer & Post half-board includes a 4-course gourmet evening meal. You can choose between a meat menu and a vegetarian menu.
Half board is bookable from 3 days.

Children’s prices/day
The following prices apply for children, in their parents’ room and with two full-paying guests:
0–3 years: free;
4–7 years: CHF 35.00;
8–11 years: CHF 45.00;
12–15 years: CHF 55.00
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is CHF 4.00 per adult/day and CHF 2.00 per child/day.
Parking
A large, free parking lot is located directly behind our hotel. No liability is assumed for parking damage.
Smoking
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
